New Course Design

Master Planning
BWD has extensive experience in master planning projects throughout the country. We have been involved in numerous conceptual projects for existing clubs to identify golf course improvements and value-add opportunities, and have helped re-envision core campus elements to meet the modern needs, goals, and standards of membership.
Course Renovation
Renovation work at existing golf courses is often driven by specific enhancements already identified by the Club. These can include adding teeing space, bunker work, regrassing, rerouting the layout, relocating greens or tees, or rebuilding greens and bunkers. Having worked with many high-profile clubs around the world on renovations, BWD is well equipped to lead renovation projects of any scale.
Short Courses & Practice Facilities
We have become increasingly involved in projects that feature non-traditional golf offerings such as short courses and innovative practice facilities. Their growing popularity is driven by their ability to create a more relaxed, family-friendly environment that requires less time and delivers a fun experience for players of all levels.
